StarkWare: “Over 50% of Americans Believe Crypto Will Be The Future of Finance”

According to a recent poll conducted by StarkWare, 53% of participants see cryptocurrencies as “the future of finance”. Unsurprisingly, young people (aged 25 to 34) are more optimistic on the matter, as 68% believe in crypto.

StarkWare asked 2,000 American adults of all ages to determine their views on the crypto world and its future developments. According to the results, 53% say the asset class represents the “future of finance”.

In the age group 25 to 34, the rate was 68%, while in the age group 35 to 44 it was 61%, supporting the theory that young people tend to be much more discerning than older generations .

In addition, 17% of participants admitted they have invested in cryptocurrencies. The majority are constantly checking and adjusting their holdings. 82% said they have at least one crypto tracker on their phone, while 50% said they “switch” their assets on a daily basis. Only 14% of investors let a week go by without making a change.

Commenting on this is Eli Ben-Sasson, Co-Founder and President of StarkWare Industries:

“This poll shows how popular cryptocurrency has become while showing just how massive it will soon become. We see that young Americans, who will soon shape the economy, are especially turning to crypto. It is an important insight that they are investing in large numbers and that crypto is fully convinced that will be the “future”.”

The company conducted the survey to mark the launch of the StarkNet platform. The second aim is to remove some of the obstacles when dealing with digital assets and building blockchain applications.

Uri Kolodny, co-founder and CEO of StarkWare thinks there is “huge enthusiasm for crypto” in society at large. However, “blockchain simply won’t be able to cope with the growing demand” unless everyone in the industry starts working “smarter,” he concluded.
