According to a joint announcement on Thursday, Binance has become the first official crypto exchange partner of the 64th Annual Grammy Awards and Grammy Week events to deliver a wide range of solutions and experiences. Various Web3 technologies for organizational events and projects.
A major record company, best known for its annual Grammy music awards, has signed a partnership with Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume.
The partnership was announced just days before the 64th Grammy Awards, which will take place April 3 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
Recording Academy Co-President Panos Panay stated, “As a leading exchange in the crypto and blockchain space, with a community focused approach, Binance is the perfect partner for GRAMMYs and for the mission. Our mission is to empower music makers around the world.”
According to Binance co-founder Yi He, the new partnership will enable the Recording Academy to respond to the changing needs of the community by providing fresh blockchain-based experiences and “all things amazing that Web3 technology can bring to the entertainment sector.”
Live from MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, the 64th Annual GRAMMY Awards will be broadcast live on Sun, April 3, 2022, at 8 PM ET/5 PM on the CBS Television Network and will be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
Mnet will exclusively broadcast the 64th Grammy Awards that will be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Mnet will broadcast the event live at 9 AM KST on April 4.
